6 Days

Review by Simona Selvaggi

The short:

This movie, based on a true story, is about the 1980 attack against the Iranian Embassy in London.

The long:

In 1980, the Iranian Embassy in London was assaulted for six days. This movie follows the real story of the attack and zeros in on the approach of Margaret Thatcher’s government to solve the crisis. The decision to deploy special forces defined the strong position of the UK against terrorism and became the standard for the state's response to this kind of attack.

To watch or not to watch:

Definitely watch, especially if you like action movies and suspense.
