The short:
Yawmiyat Zoga Mafrusa Awy (The Diary of a Repressed Wife) is an Egyptian social comedy series in four parts started in 2015, starring Dalia El Behairy, Khaled Sarhan, and a group of Egyptian actors, written by Amani Dergham and directed by Ahmed Nour.
The long:
Its events revolve around a journalist who works in the same newspaper as her husband. The series illustrates the relationship between the spouses in their private and social lives and in their working lives, revealing in the context many behaviors of the eastern man and the reality of the woman in the Arab World, especially the suffering she is going through between her private life and her practical ambitions.

Watch! It is funny and enjoyable but also realistic on dynamics in the region.
